Yesterday, as you already know by now, Malaysian Airlines Flight MH 17 was shot down in the Ukrainian/Russian war zone.  Another 298 innocent people are dead thanks to government stupidity.  A quick scan of the web reveals many pictures from the crash scene and of the victims.  Don’t look at the latter.

mh 17

(ABC 7, Denver.)

I have no information about this tragedy beyond what’s in the news.  The official story is that pro-Russian “rebels” fired a Russian-made missile at the plane with predictable results.  http://www.washingtonpost.com/world/missile-downs-malaysia-airlines-plane-over-ukraine-killing-298-kiev-blames-rebels/2014/07/18/d30205c8-0e4a-11e4-8c9a-923ecc0c7d23_story.html.

All of the initial reports I heard placed the blame directly on Russia and Vladimir Putin.  Undoubtedly, they share in the blame along with those rebels and all associated state actors.  Yet, I detected some crazed desire to not only blame but to engage Putin over these murders.  Never forget that our own “leadership” is populated by lunatics who would almost gleefully start another war – with a nuclear (Bushy: “nuc-u-lar”) power.  Worse, they would lie to you and expect you to support (indeed die for) their madness.

President Obama rambled on for some time today about the situation.  I have no idea what he said.  When he, or other politicians, speak all I hear is the hum of a warbling air conditioner…  Whatever he said, I am sure it was meaningless and overflowing with hypocrisy.  The globe is covered with American weapons doing similar deeds – things which will never benefit the American people.  Had I been a resident reporter I would have made a statement to El Presidente, rather than ask him a question: “TWA Flight 800.”

This crime deserves our condemnation, not escalation.  For my part, I call on all governments to disband before more people die for nothing.  What say you?

Dear Readers,

My site modification and clean-up efforts are continuing (if a bit behind schedule).  For starters, I am making the site a little less cluttered…AND…it’s no longer “http:dot..perrin.lovett.wordpress.dot.dot…..etc.”  Now, it’s simply …. http://perrinlovett.com!  Perrinlovett.com, mark your favorites now.  Otherwise, you will be re-directed anyway.

cropped-wp-header.jpg

New columns are coming VERY soon – more Natural Law and trenchant policy commentary, less news chasing.  And, thank you very much for continuing to visit in spite of the late infrequency of posts.  I am flattered.

Perrin

PS: I suspect with the new domain name may come a few WP sourced ads.  I’ve never had these and I cannot afford to opt out of them right now.  Ignore them (unless they advertise something you want).  In the near future I will likely partner with a Google service to place ads here which are in keeping with the local theme and content (I will make a little money off these, maybe).

I have been MIA for a few weeks.  Sorry.  Won’t happen again.  Anyway, I have been super busy with … stuff…  Soon I plan to wrap up some older serials and get into some new and interesting topics.  A few requests are being worked on too.  Hang on.  In the meantime, let’s have a look at the news of late:

I have never been to the Missouri State Fair.  Anyway, the only clown I’m worried about is the one in the Whitehouse.

Anthony Gucciardi wrote an article recently, The Government is Now god to Many.  I’ve hinted around this sad concept in the past; I may have to devote a decent entry in the future.  The Obama angle doesn’t concern me so much as the overall “religious” truth of the matter.  More later, perhaps.

Not too long ago, the Whitehouse quietly released the results of their gun study (in the wake of the CT school shooting, etc.).  They found exactly what Gleck and Lott found decades ago – guns make one safer.  Harvard now gives us triple confirmation: http://endoftheamericandream.com/archives/18-little-known-gun-facts-that-prove-that-guns-make-us-safer.

The Justice Department is desperate to keep Uncle Benny from testifying in a trial involving the criminal syndicate known as AIG:  http://finance.yahoo.com/news/justice-seeking-block-bernanke-testimony-212444028.html.  Okay, I’m worried about these clowns too.

It’s not terribly relevant anymore but Pervez Musharraf was recently charged with the murder of Benazir Bhutto back in 2007.  This was about the time Musharraf stated his philosophy and reforms were partly inspired by those of Dishonest Abe.  He should visit the theater.

Our “government” AGAIN says we are all terrorists: http://www.infowars.com/dod-training-manual-suggests-extremist-founding-fathers-would-not-be-welcome-in-todays-military/.  And, we pay for this treatment.

Hear the drums?  Just in time for football season, and following the smash, lightening-fast successes in Iraq and Afghanistan, the U.S. and Britain are preparing for imminent war with Syria!  It seems Bashar al-Assad or someone used chemical weapons in Ohio or Liverpool or somewhere.  Details are not important.  Corporate profits are important!  My sources tell me this is one of five or so “wars” we could enter at a moments notice (Syria, Iran, Canada, etc.).  Get your flags and yellow ribbons ready.

More to follow – keep watching the skies.

As promised I managed a great twofer this weekend: Cigars On Deck (yesterday) and Doctor Who On Taxes (moments ago).  I think the old blog is coming back!  Those big changes for the better are still in the works as are various purchasable works of literary performance (books).  Stay tuned for those.  I will also be returning to articles concerning Natural Law and anarcho-libertarian political thought very soon.  I have series to finish concerning the Second Amendment and Slavery in America – remember those?

In the meantime, here are a few more news stories:

Roger Roots just wrote an excellent article on jury nullification and the Federal Courts, United States v. Dougherty, 473 F.2d 1113 (D.C. Cir. 1972), etc.: Must Convict!  Check it out to see what we’re up against these days in the Just-Us system.

The Augusta, Georgia police made the national news again!  And, as usual, it’s not good.  Read here about Sheriff Roundtree’s bold proposal to outfit his patrol cars with license plate scanners more aptly suited for 1984: http://www.wsav.com/story/23040453/license-plate-readers-make-an-impact-in-georgia.

According to … someone …  al-CIA-da is planning something big, something “strategically significant.”  See: http://abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics/2013/08/senior-u-s-official-intercepted-al-qaeda-communications-indicate-planned-attack-big-strategically-significant/.  I don’t like it.  I fear some new, major false-flag is coming fast.  Prepare yourselves.  ***NOTE: as I was typing this last part my computer was zapped by the NSA or someone.  This occasionally happens when you find or write something they do not like.  Thank God WP saves constantly…***

And, another thing – I thought al-CIA-da was our friend now.  At least in Libya and Syrian and maybe kinda sorta in Kabul.  Gee whiz…

Lastly, I sometimes praise the work of my friend, Will Grigg, here and elsewhere.  Will wages a tireless war for freedom at his site, Pro Liberate.  Please click on that last link and pay him a visit.  He also does a radio show on the Liberty News Radio network: schedule.  Please kindly give Will your attention and support; he fights for you every day!

America, banksters, Bradley Manning, Col. Qaddafi, Congress, D.C., democracy, evil, Jimmy Carter, law, Libya, Lockerbie bombing, London, NSA, Obama, Russia, Snowden, taxes, Tony Blair, War

Here’s a quick rundown of some of the week’s newsworthy items:

The more time passes, the more I respect Jimmy Carter.  I met the man once, about a decade ago.  He was charming.  He’s also very bright and very honest.  The other day, in light of the Snowden/NSA affair and the complete breakdown of law in the U.S.A., President Carter admitted the painfully obvious, “America has no functioning democracy at this moment.”  Read on: http://rt.com/usa/carter-comment-nsa-snowden-261/.

In related news there was a glimmer of freedom from behind the old Iron Curtain.  Russia, now a haven for the politically oppressed, has granted residency to Mr. Snowden: http://rt.com/news/snowden-russia-kucherena-mills-914/.  President Putin has refused to bow down to the illegal demands of the communist killers in Washington.  You may recall earlier this summer that Hong Kong refused to go along with D.C.’s blatantly illegal scheme to arrest Snowden.  All this adherence to the law must chaff Mordor horribly.

1757340-sauron_21

(Sauron’s a little hot under the collar right now…)

The news gets worse for the Empire.  This week a military judge found Private Bradley Manning not guilty of aiding the enemy when he did his job, followed the law, and exposed various of Washington’s war crimes.  See:  http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-201_162-57596093/bradley-manning-acquitted-of-aiding-the-enemy-for-giving-secrets-to-wikileaks/.  Manning will spend (more) time in prison for some trumped-up charge but the ultimate truth has come out – the only people he aided were Americans who still believe in America.

The Empire strikes back!  All this attention to freedom has the criminal class in D.C. steaming mad.  In order to mitigate damages President Sotoro announced a new scheme which will lower taxes on large corporations to 28%.  Not that giant corporations (Big Club members) pay taxes anyway…  All of you with small (politically insignificant) businesses will pay 40%.  Equality makes Amerika great: http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/obama-top-tax-rate-should-be-28-corporations-40-small-business_742312.html.

Last year, I kicked this blog off with a piece on the Obamacare “tax.”  It’s just a tax, nothing else to see, folks.  The savings from the most affordable of care acts will soon manifest.  Georgia’s insurance commissioner just announced that, thanks to the tax-murderers in D.C., insurance premiums in Georgia will rise by up to nearly 200%.  See: http://www.weeklystandard.com/blogs/ga-insurance-commissioner-obamacare-force-massive-rate-increases-198-percent_742311.html.  Don’t worry about Little Barry and Congress – they’re exempt!

Lastly – not to be out corrupted by the fools in D.C., the ticks in merry old England made the news too!  Do you remember the Lockerbie, Scotland bombing?  It was December, 1988, just before Christmas.  I was on a family vacation at Williamsburg, Virginia when the news came in.  A Pan-Am 747 en route to New York was destroyed over Scotland by a bomb.  The bomb was planted by Libyan terrorists.  The plane was carrying a large number of students from Syracuse University.

The lead terrorist was convicted and imprisoned for life in the U.K.  Several years ago the convict came down with terminal cancer or something.  He supposedly only had weeks to live.  In an act of “compassion” and at the behest of Col. Qaddafi, the British released the bomber back to Libya.  He was greeted as a hero at home.  He also lived on for years, not weeks.

This week the truth came out to little or no fanfare.  Compassion had nothing to do with the release.  The killer was freed in exchange for a 400 Million Pound arms deal with Qaddafi, arranged by the corrupt Tony Blair and Co.  Read on: http://www.telegraph.co.uk/news/politics/10206659/Lockerbie-bomber-release-linked-to-arms-deal-according-to-secret-letter.html.  Did you catch the 80 BILLION Pound banking deal??  Part of the deal involved 80 Billion pounds of Qaddafi’s being managed by banksters in London.  This is why we have war – to make money for arms dealers and criminal bankers.  What a way to honor the 270 Lockerbie dead.  By the way, with Qaddafi dead now, I wonder how much of that money has been returned to the people of Libya?  I’m guessing $0…

I have a special duo of non-news stories planned for the weekend.  One involves my favorite cigar shop, the other an old Doctor Who episode.  Here’s a little video teaser: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o5cC__bBM1A.  Prepare yourselves…

America, Courts, government, justice, middle class, police, standing army, the Big Club, The Founders

The summer is passing by and I feel woefully inadequate about my postings of late.  My other projects and life management I fear I’m probably doing the best I can.  Oh well….  And, thanks for all your recent kind regards!

Let’s see what afoot lately…

The Wall Street Journal had a good article recently called The Rise of the Warrior Cop.  It concerns the never-ending militarization of law enforcement in America.  It even notes the Founders reservations about standing armies and that the police have become, de facto, just that.  Interesting piece; give it a read.

Alex Jones’ site ran a story about the decline (death) of justice in America.  See: http://www.infowars.com/america-no-longer-has-a-functioning-judicial-system/.  I have written about this subject extensively both from research and from personal, professional experience.  In short, the Just Us system is out of control.  For every George Zimmerman (or Roderick Scott) there are a hundred innocent people railroaded trough systemic corruption.

Sometimes even the Huffington Post gets it right.  Here’s a story on the decline of the American middle class.  I do not agree with all of their root causes but they have the problem dead to rights.  The part about “financialization” is spot on.  This is a huge part of what I (and George Carlin) refer to as “The Big Club.”  They run and own everything.  You and I get the crumbs, if any.  It’s shocking really.  We’re No. 27! We’re No. 27!  Wheeeee!!!

Government madness abounds unabated.  D.C. has rewarded Phil Mickelson for his excellent performance of late with a 61% tax hit.  A small-time magician in Missouri is required by the feds to write a 32-page disaster plan for his performing rabbit.  Etc.  Next, they’ll make rabbits write plans for magicians.  What a great country!  We’re No. 27!!!

More to come…

No, I did not disappear.  Well, I did for a few weeks.  Been busy, sorry.  Big site changes are still underway.  For now you’ll have to get by with an ordinary old update of sorts….

First!  A little 80’s bliss thanks to Twisted Sister: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ThOXlmVbQGs.  You’re welcome.

So much has happened since I last reported.  Let’s see:

20 years after Kleck and Lott, Obama discovers guns saves lives.  Imagine that: http://archive.lewrockwell.com/slavo/slavo161.html.

Dzhokar Tsarnaev has been indicted in the Boston false flag case.  No surprise there: http://archive.lewrockwell.com/orig11/lendman19.1.html.  Drudge was upset this week that Rolling Stone featured Tsarnaev on the cover.  However, RS went ahead and described him as “The Bomber” and a monster.  No mention of the CIA from either one…

It is now a crime in Virginia to buy bottled water at a store.  Good on ya cops, keep the laughs coming…

Another person has died because of the Holder/Obama/Bush gun-running scheme: http://touch.latimes.com/#section/-1/article/p2p-76571135/.

The Federal Reserve is still content to destroy your children’s future.

And, then there is the Zimmerman verdict.  You’ve heard it all.  My two cents is irrelevant at this point.  Jeeeeez….

In the good news: Slim Daddy, yours truly, assisted in a flooded river rescue.  See the news video here: http://www.wfxg.com/story/22815160/richmond-county-boat-ramps-closed-because-of-rising-waters.

Friday is the one-year anniversary of the old site!  Stay tuned for some exciting updates and changes in the very near future!

Paul Craig Roberts has a great column (as usual) concerning the complete and total illegitimacy that is the U.S. government.  Read A New Beginning Without Washington’s Sanctimonious Mask — Paul Craig Roberts for his insightful analysis of the Snowden affair and the larger picture of U.S. foreign relations and human rights abuses.  There are some incredible quotes in this article.  “The United States has gone from a model of human rights to an eavesdropper on personal privacy, the manipulator of the centralized power over the international internet, and the mad invader of other countries’ networks.  . .  The world will remember Edward Snowden. It was his fearlessness that tore off Washington’s sanctimonious mask.” – The People’s Daily, China.

We’ve come full circle.  When I was growing up Russia and China were totalitarian nations with no respect for civil liberties; America was supposedly a free country and a bastion of freedom.  In less than a few decades the filth in D.C. and their criminal collaborators have destroyed my home country.  It’s surreal.

(President Obama receiving a report about Snowden.  Google.)

In other news:

The Supreme Court (of Minas Morgul) acknowledged the federal government has no business or authority concerning marriage – kind of…

Another beloved NFL hero/thug, Aaron Hernandez (NE Patriots, Mass DOC), has been arrested in connection with a homicide.  Keep the money coming…

The Empire is preparing war in Syria to make the world safe for al-CIA-da…

The Empire can (and does) kill dissenters by remotely making their “smart” cars go out of control…

The third-rate criminal cabal that is Richmond County, Georgia keeps finding new laws to break…

A woman is South Carolina actually passed a driving test!

I made that last bit up.  More soon…

Sunday Night News

There’s a lot going on and not all of it’s bad.  Here’s a look…

In The News:

When a crowd gathered at an Atlanta shoe store, awaiting the release of the new LeBron James sneaker (got yours??), a thug decided to rob the good shoe-fanciers.  He got more than he bargained for when a man stepped out of line and gunned him down.  The local hero shot the punk and then hopped back in line!  Taylor White, a sneaker-loving witness said in appreciation, “I salute the homie that did that.”  America salutes too – our kind of homie.  It is mathematically certain the criminal in question (in the pine box, rather) will never rob anyone again – ever.  See: http://www.ajc.com/news/news/crime-law/cops-man-fatally-shot-attempting-to-rob-group/nYR7p/.

Did you know the IRS sends income tax refunds to illegal aliens?  They do.  In 2011 they sent over $46 Million dollars in refunds to just under 24,000 aliens (undocumented guest worker migrant whatever…).  The catch is that those 24,000 folks all “reside” at the same address in Atlanta.  Smell a rat?  http://cnsnews.com/news/article/irs-sent-46378040-refunds-23994-unauthorized-aliens-1-atlanta-address.  It appears this happens frequently.  I see two possible explanations: 1) someone offers their address for filing usage for a fee or; 2) someone made up a bunch of fraudulent returns and is now a multi-millionaire.  Either way, this wouldn’t be a problem if the IRS didn’t exist.

Former Speaker of the Politburo, Nancy Pelosi, was booed the other day for saying Edward Snowden broke the law by defending the freedoms of all Americans.  See: http://thehill.com/blogs/blog-briefing-room/news/307217-pelosi-booed-for-saying-nsa-leaker-snowden-violated-the-law.  This from the shrill had who laughed that everything the government does these days is illegal.  Too bad the boos didn’t come with rotten tomatoes.

Speaking of Mr. Snowden: He’s on the move – likely headed for asylum in a free country!  See: http://www.reuters.com/article/2013/06/23/us-usa-security-flight-idUSBRE95M02H20130623; http://www.nytimes.com/2013/06/24/world/asia/nsa-leaker-leaves-hong-kong-local-officials-say.html?_r=1&.  Please pray for Snowden’s safety; he has literally put his life on the line for you.

The Empire has filed a sealed indictment against Snowden.  Many indictments are sealed preliminarily, no cause for alarm in and of itself.  What is alarming is that an indictment means a grand jury voted for the government and against their own liberties.  Who are these twelve toads???  Given the sad state of U.S. “justice” the grand jury might not really exist.  Or, it could consist entirely of FBI agents.  Or, John McInsane clones…

At least they still have the rule of law in Hong Kong.  There, U.S. thugs attempted to get a local arrest warrant issued for Snowden.  The Hong Kong government said the U.S. request did not comply with the law.  Imagine that.  As the U.S. government can’t comply with American law, how are they supposed to follow laws in another country?  This is truly enlightening.  To get the warrant the U.S. only had to show that Snowden was dangerous and posed a flight risk.  Easy to prove with a traitor like Snowden, right, Rep. King?  I would assume they set forth what they had in the way of allegations or evidence.  It all evidently amounted to a big pile of nothing.  Or, perhaps they thought the Hong Kong court would be a stupid and gullible as the American grand jury.

As is, Snowden has escaped the Stazi for now.  If he gets asylum he would do well to remain deeply hidden until the U.S. Empire collapses or we suddenly return to the rule of law here.

Hang in there.  More to come…

Another Right Bites The Dust

21 Friday Jun 2013

Posted by perrinlovett in Legal/Political Columns, News and Notes

≈ Comments Off on Another Right Bites The Dust

Before I commence to rambling bout the late U.S. Constitution and thrilling you with some newsworthy news items I need to apologize for something.

This morning I cut down yet another set of punching bag chains.  Sorry, dear EFC.  Sometimes it’s not easy being the strongest man.  This tragedy forced me to cut my routine down to 15 or so minutes.  BTW, I expect the stronger chains I’ve been talking about will now be purchased – either that or just designate a steel box-beam for my future martial needs…

How about that Supreme Court?  Always doing their part to check against unnecessary and illegal government abuses!  Not.

In the wake of Maryland v. King, the NINE have just given us Salinas v. Texas, 570 U.S. ___, Slip Op. No. 12-246 (June 17, 2013).

weathertop_nazgul

(Supreme Court in action.  Google.)

The Morgal Lords insist the Fifth Amendment’s protection against self-incrimination “is not self-executing and that a witness who desires its protection must claim it.”  Salinas, Slip Op. at 1.  This means that now anything you say (OR DON’T SAY) can and will be used against you.  The “in a court of law” stuff no longer applies as the court’s no longer are based in or bound by the law; courts exist now to provide the government with a convenient forum for railroading citizens – kind of like the old show trials of the Soviet Union and Nazi Germany.  Welcome to Amerika.

The Court is dead wrong.  The rights enumerated in the Bill of Rights are Natural in origin and are, thus, self-executing.  You need not declare that you have the right to free speech pursuant to the First Amendment before you speak your mind.  Likewise, you don’t have to say that torture is cruel and unusual punishment, forbidden by the Eight Amendment, in order to not be tortured.  At least that’s the way it was.  Every time you do something you might want to cite to some right or something from now on.  Then again, if we all do that, the Court will “presto, change” change the law again.  It’s a no-win situation.

What is truly evil is that the people are expected to declare their rights as set forth in the Constitution in order to justify protection while the government will never cite the Constitution for any authority for the horrible things they do.  This is called tyranny.

Justice Breyer was correct in his dissent: “No ritualistic formula is necessary in order to invoke the privilege.”  Id, at Dissent 9.  Rights simply are or, they were, back when Amerika was America.

The voting was a bit odd considering the split in Maryland v. King.  Rather than stand with the people and the dissent of the “liberals,” Justice Scalia sided with the majority.  None of this matters.  The votes change from case to case but the uselessness of the Court is consistent.  That’s all that really matters.

In effect the Court placed fresh green sod on the grave of the Fifth Amendment.  The Fifth is conveniently buried next to the Fourth at the Constitutional Memorial Gardens.  Stop by to pay your respects.

The News:

I don’t know how Will Grigg finds these stories but check out his latest report on the police state: http://lewrockwell.com/grigg/grigg-w328.html.  Will reports on the shooting dead (at the bloody hands of our brave public servants) of a 7 year old girl in Detroit.  The weapon used caught my eye.  The little girl was murdered by a stormtrooper wielding an H&K MP5.  Remember that picture of the SS goon pointing the sub-machine gun at little Elian Gonzalez?  That was an MP5 (Navy model, I think).  I see a pattern here.  Where are the gun-control folks on this trend???

Elian-Gonzalez_1610351c

(Protecting the children.  Google.)

Here’s more proof I am ahead of my time.  Will all the “recent” revelations about NSA and other government spying on us, a criminal defendant in Florida is attempting to use the system’s vast heft against it.  See: http://www.infowars.com/lawyers-eye-nsa-data-as-treasure-trove-for-evidence-in-murder-divorce-cases/.  The man says certain records, previously stolen by the Empire will prove his innocence.  Accordingly, he has demanded they be produced by the state.  They won’t be.  Those records are for THEM only, never for us.

I contemplated this issue four or five years ago in a civil case.  Much hung on alleged phone calls from an “untraceable” cell phone.  There appeared to be no way to verify if the calls were made.  I suggested a request to the NSA as I knew (four or five years ago!) about their schemes.  My strategy went nowhere fast.  Still, I am a trend-setter.

Some other crazy stuff is going on but I am out of time.  More to come.  Hang in there, comrades!
