The Nine and Eugenics

More on my reasoning, from TPC this week, that the Supreme Court is not a threat to Roe: John Roberts didn’t just now join with the liberals.

A divided Supreme Court stopped Louisiana from enforcing new regulations on abortion clinics in a test of the conservative court’s views on abortion rights.

The justices said by a 5-4 vote late Thursday that they will not allow the state to put into effect a law that requires abortion providers to have admitting privileges at nearby hospitals.

Chief Justice John G. Roberts Jr. joined the court’s four liberals in putting a hold on the law, pending a full review of the case.

President Trump’s two Supreme Court appointees, Justices Neil Gorsuch and Brett M. Kavanaugh, were among the four conservative members of the court who would have allowed the law to take effect.

Kavanaugh wrote a dissenting opinion in which he said the court’s action was premature because the state had made clear it would allow abortion providers an additional 45 days to obtain admitting privileges before it started enforcing the law.

Dear Baton Rouge, Mr. Roberts has made his ruling, now let him enforce it.

And, Allen Stevo has more on the connections between Coonman, the KKK, and Rehashed Nazi Eugenics, Inc.

Virtually anyone who has done an in depth and wide survey of the most influential American political writing of the past century, knows the strong encouragement that Eastern seaboard intellectuals have shown for both eugenics and abortion, that eugenics and abortion are both firmly at the root of the vast social engineering projects that stem from the progressive worldview, and which today get recycled and deceptively dressed up for the poorly read with well tested talking points. Of course eugenics isn’t openly paraded around because it is no longer a popular view, but eugenics remain at the intellectual foundation of progressivism.

The 21st century talking points around abortion being a civil right may sound wonderful and loving, the intellectual root of the ideas are horrifying.

Margaret Sanger herself, founder of Planned Parenthood didn’t don a faux Klan outfit in some goofy yearbook photo. Instead, according to her autobiography she spoke to the “women’s branch of the Ku Klux Klan at Silver Lake, New Jersey,” likely about the virtues of birth control for whitening and purifying the American population, as was an important topic for her. It was such an important topic that she started her “Negro Project” in 1939 to get black Americans onboard with their own population control, just as German racists were ramping up population control initiatives across the Atlantic. Such an important topic that in 1922, she placed notorious racist writer and Klansman Lothrop Stoddard on the founding six member board of directors for the birth control organization that later became known as Planned Parenthood.

Evil in NY, VA, the USA – From TPC

Days of darkness:

…

Depending on the year, heartless Amerikans annually murder roughly one million defenseless and innocent unborn children. Obviously, Molock being a demanding god, this isn’t enough.

Enter the new “modest proposal” for satisfying the national youngling bloodlust: infanticide. New laws are redefining “late-term.”

A new law is in effect in New York and one was proposed in Virginia in anticipation of the Supreme Court’s potential overturn of Roe v. Wade (1973). The thought (the fear) is that Trump will pack The Nine with staunch conservatives who won’t hesitate to reverse the most odious juridical mistake since Dred Scott. Fear not, Satanists! That won’t happen – see my brief dismissal of “conservatives,” below.

As an interesting aside, one of the many lies artfully decorated in flowery legalese in justification of Roe was the need to protect women from “coat hanger” abortions performed in back alleys by the same dude who purveys speed and fake IDs. A review of the numbers, which I last ran around 2003, revealed that pre-Roe, something like 100 women died each year as a result of illegal, non-medical abortion procedures. Post-Roe, praise be to Baphomet, that number fell to the north of 1,000. Progress and safety!

Now, however, such precaution may be dispensed with. The new bills in both States allow for the killings to occur outside of hospitals, performed by non-doctors. An exciting new opportunity for the local dope dealer or ink peddler?

In New York, should a determined little “lump of tissue” somehow survive a late-term attempt on its life, the attending physician [SIC] may kill her on sight in order to complete the otherwise failed abortion.

…

It’s time to dispense with the hateful rhetoric of the National Fire Association (NFA) and to finally have a national discussion about fire violence. Heck, it’s time to ban fire. Ban it before something else like this happens.

Ten people including a baby have died in a fire at an eight-storey building in south-western Paris, officials say.

More than 30 people – including six firefighters – were injured. One person is in a serious condition.

Fifty people were evacuated by ladders from the blaze in the upmarket 16th arrondissement.

Investigators believe the fire – one of the most deadly in the French capital in years – was possibly started deliberately.

A woman detained earlier by police is no longer being questioned and, after undergoing medical and behavioural tests, has been admitted to the psychiatric infirmary of the Paris police, media reports quote the Paris prosecutor as saying.

The line about the crazy woman is bull. The fire did this. Fire control works. That’s why they haven’t had a fire in Atlantis for over 4,000 years.

Gunning Down the NRA?

The truth is that gun violence in America, including school shootings, is down. It makes sense that, as such, the NRA might slow down. Then again, this is America, where little makes sense. The people drift stupidly towards socialism, which usually comes with gun control (then atrocity).

The influence of the National Rifle Association, the nation’s highest-profile Second Amendment-rights organization and a longtime powerhouse against gun-control laws, is showing signs of potential decline.

The NRA’s own tax forms show a dip in revenue. And even as the group, now under the leadership of new president Oliver North of Iran-Contra fame, continues to spend big money on federal lobbying and political campaigns, its opponents in the gun-control movement, after decades of ever more deadly mass shootings and seemingly random incidents of gun violence, have been on the rise.

Temporary trend or decline?

What a deal for the younger peoples!

Desperate for data on its competitors, Facebook has been secretly paying people to install a “Facebook Research” VPN that lets the company suck in all of a user’s phone and web activity, similar to Facebook’s Onavo Protect app that Apple banned in June and that was removed in August. Facebook sidesteps the App Store and rewards teenagers and adults to download the Research app and give it root access to network traffic in what may be a violation of Apple policy so the social network can decrypt and analyze their phone activity, a TechCrunch investigation confirms.

Facebook admitted to TechCrunch it was running the Research program to gather data on usage habits.

Since 2016, Facebook has been paying users ages 13 to 35 up to $20 per month plus referral fees to sell their privacy by installing the iOS or Android “Facebook Research” app. Facebook even asked users to screenshot their Amazon order history page. The program is administered through beta testing services Applause, BetaBound and uTest to cloak Facebook’s involvement, and is referred to in some documentation as “Project Atlas” — a fitting name for Facebook’s effort to map new trends and rivals around the globe.

Shrug Atlas.

And the end of the Fed’s games (and maybe of the GOP):

He’s right about everything. Conservatives please note, if Trump doesn’t build the wall and drain the swamp, NOW, he’s done and the idiotic Amerikan sheep will fall hard for impossible socialism. One thing leads to another.

More mundane mumblin’.

A Fleeting Glimpse of Some Few Affairs National, the End of January 2019

Wow! Time does fly when you’re trying to out-curmudgeon Robert D. Raiford (RIP). It’s funny – gathering the news sometimes interferes with reporting the news. So it’s been lately. The past CFF piece or two have been filed from the road.
In an effort to get “the real story,” I recently embarked on a multi-day, multi-city odyssey and fact-finding extravaganza. All for you. Well, actually I only made it to one city, Washington. The TPC corporate G650 lost her starboard engine on final approach to the District of Corruption. That made for a harrowing landing at Reagan and, I assume, for some serious expenses for MB. The other day, when I decided it was time to jet, I couldn’t. (Note: stiffing an Uber or two and a little hitchhiking will eventually get one home).
First, an apology: I meant to file a satirical, fictional pseudo-examination of the Covington Catholic hate hoax. That, sadly, must wait for another day. However, the factual matter will serve as a kick-off on this rapid-fire review:
Das Grinsen Der Weiss Leistung (Alternatively, “The Smirk Felt Round the Shit-lib-o-sphere”)

Cashing Out With the Devil (Worship) Rays

One step closer to that utopian cashless society, down in St. Petersburg.

Fans at Tropicana Field in Florida can expect shorter lines at the concessions stands this year as the Tampa Bay Rays announced that their stadium is going cash free.

Rays vice president of strategy and development William Walsh said on Friday that the move is an attempt cut the average transaction time in half during games, ESPN reported

“We have made significant investments each year to improve the ballpark experience for fans,” he said in a statement. “This change will increase speed of service and reduce lines throughout the ballpark.”

The stadium will accept major credit cards, apple pay, season-ticket holders’ Rays Cards and, for those wanting to use cash, they can do so by purchasing Rays gift cards to use at concessions, Fox 13 reported.

Surrendering more freedom to Big Bankster and getting that over-priced beer-flavored water at a slightly faster pace – what a deal! I suspect the local fans will be all over it.

This particular demise isn’t a concern if, like me, you still haven’t let MLB off the hook for the Strike of ’94.

Pop Musicians Aware of Decline

Based on a study of their most popular songs:

Pop songs have become angrier and sadder over the past 60 years, experts say.

Researchers analysed lyrics in best-selling songs from the 1950s to 2016 to find expressions of anger and sadness had increased, while words about joy had dropped.

The US study team looked at lyrics of more than 6,000 songs from Billboard Hot 100 in each year.

These are the most popular songs in the US each year as chosen by music fans.

Imagine that. What could have possibly changed in America since the 1950s?
